I’m losing about 2 per wk on 4th shot of 2.5mg Zep. Should I stay or move up to 5? Not sure my dr is well versed on the medicine although I like her overall. Have changed site. Thoughts?

I’m going back to 2.5. After 8 wks. My glucose is much lower since I put the work in. Glucose went from 300s to 75-95

Not sure what to do. Started with a small dose of 2mg- even less than the starter 2.5. My appetite is gone and I eat less but the scale hasn’t moved.
