@cookinginthemidwest: Cheeseburger Pie was always my favorite dinner as a kid! INGREDIENTS 1 lb ground beef 1 diced onion 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper 1 tsp each of onion powder, paprika, and garlic powder 1 tbsp minced garlic 1/2 cup bisquick 2 eggs 3/4 cup milk 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese INSTRUCTIONS Brown 1 lb of ground beef and diced onion in a skillet over medium high heat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Drain off any extra grease from meat and add minced garlic. Stir well and set aside. In a bowl whisk together the Bisquick, milk, and two eggs. Spray a pie pan with cooking spray. Layer half of the ground beef in the pie pan and top with 1 cup of cheese. Add the rest of the ground beef and top with 1 more cup of cheese. Pour Bisquick mixture over the top of the ground beef and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Enjoy! Let me know if you try it out! #easyfood #EasyRecipes #cheeseburgerpie #dinner #mealideas

Kayla Marie :
I always thought the “impossible” part was that the batter went from the top to the bottom as it cooks and makes the crust. I still make this too, so good every time!
