This just made me cry I’ve experienced all of this besides two. The crying is part me accepting and finally understand who I am and part frustration that I’ve struggled with this for over 30yrs.

My CAMHS records talk about how I perceived others to dislike me. I even had anxiety stomach aches. I was a school refuser, I was in front of them, they didn’t call it!

I resonate with so many it’s made me cry. I’m late diagnosed adhd but also think I’m Asd I just haven’t got the energy to fight for that diagnosis
