I will never buy a house again! After buying 2 houses and barely breaking even after selling, I'm renting. No more worrying about HOA dues, taxes, maintenance, etc. Love having 24r hr maintenance in my apt. Love the gym and other amenities and my rent is the max I pay. Plus when they want to raise rent, I negotiate with them and get it lowered. Last 8 yrs my rent went up an average of $60\mo. A home would have cost me a lot more in maint, taxes, etc.
