went there recently and it was a great trip. also pretty sure they’re talking about the tourists that treat the city like a theme park or buy up property and list it on airbnb and not like normal ppl

This is mainly in reference to housing, air bnb is really making it difficult for people to find apartments in the city. I recommend staying at a hotel if you go.

important to remember that people live in these beautiful places; when tourism surges, the cost of living/basic necessities goes up for people who live there. Frustration is understandable 🤷🏼♀️
