For cats that aren’t responsive to catnip, sometimes silver vine will work and give them that same euphoric reaction. We’ve played with silver vine sticks before, but the ground up powder was an exciting and new sensation for George and Eleanor. Although I play with George and Eleanor daily, I was inspired by a piece of advice from Dezi & Roo to change things up in my cats’ daily routine, provide them with an unexpected bit fun and excitement, and make their day different. Even mundane things like letting your cats smell the mail can be something that stimulates their senses.
