I visited Philadelphia once. In the tourist trap around Geno’s Steaks, etc., there was a sign post with ~6 different parking signs. I think the end result was you could park for 15 minutes at midnight

They literally changed the parking sign on me in the middle of the night and ticketed me for it. When I parked it was 7am-7pm 2 hour parking. When I came back to my car the next morning it was 7am-11p

this city towed my car during the day while I was at work because they had to do gas line work so they towed everyone to the next block and PPA was ticketing while watching the city tow the cars 🤔

I got a $75 ticket for parking in a loading zone in front of my own building. About 2 feet of the back of my car was over the line. I was there for 3 minutes.

I parked in a valet zone but the hotel valet forgot about us and PPA towed our car. Luckily it was a work vehicle with GPS or we would never have known.

PPA once ticketed me outside my synagogue during services while I had a placard from them telling them not to ticket me, and they refused my appeal

I worked in philly, i got 2 tickets, i actually won on of them and didnt have to pay it, the other one they sat there and waited for my meter to run out even though i was there,they ran😂

They took my car when I took my newborn for his first appointment. I mistakenly parked in a motorcycle spot in the dead of winter. Instead of just ticketing me they towed my car. I had no outstanding

Never got towed living in Philly, but I got plenty of tickets. My husband’s car got towed but we fought it because the person had illegally painted the curb in front of their house so it wasn’t

I got a PPA letter stating that it was my final warning before getting arrested to pay a ticket that ended up getting $99 in late fees. I never got the physical ticket or the other “warnings”
