They have websites from Albania but I think they’re still custom made… also prom dress sites but you’d have to get them tailored still

These are couture dresses, you can’t find that type of design and quality anywhere for 300$ or something, they request a lot of work to make (they also cost more than 300$ to make)

These take a lot of work to make it is just what it is I suggest you buy second hand or go to a reputable seamstress to get close to what you want but for a structured dress it will be pricey just not
