I think it is a good plan because when you work overtime, it throws your check into a different tax bracket. so sometime, it does not pay to work overtime.

This would be amazing on those occasional 90+ hr weeks! The most I've worked in a 2 wk period was 154 hours. 74 hrs tax free would've been devine!

I always work 8-12hrs OT per week any more OT is just taxes. Sadly 8-12 hrs I only get extra 2-250 1/4 of the OT. If this happens I’ll have to work less and see family more!
