you dont need antibacterial soap, just a natural soap. aquaphor for the first two days (since it is an open wound) then after the second day unscented lotion preferably eucerin I'm covered in tattoos

Lotion is the only thing that has ever healed my tattoos quick enough and you’re the only other person who I’ve heard besides my artist that uses it too!! ❤️

Don’t use A&D!! That has always lifted ink off my tattoos and I’ve heard it’s done the same to others.

I don’t use any product the first day. Just water. Days 1-3 I wash with dial antibacterial soap, and use CeraVe healing ointment. Days 4 to healed I use soap and lubriderm moisturizer.

Don’t use anything with petroleum in it. It will basically water board your tattoo and make the ink more likely to fall out
