Chop the spinach into small pieces.   Bring a pot of half-filled water to a boil. Add salt and the pasta shells. Cook until the pasta shells are tender. Drain the water.   Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, paprika powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Add the yellow onion and mix well. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Add the water, honey, and tomato sauce. Cook until it forms a cohesive mixture. Let it cool slightly.   In a deep bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, grated mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, chopped fresh spinach, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.   Transfer the spinach mixture to a piping bag.   Spread a layer of tomato sauce in a baking dish. Transfer the remaining ground meat mixture to a piping bag.   Take a pasta shell, fill it with the ground meat mixture, and place it on top of the meat mixture. Repeat the process.   Garnish with a layer of the spinach mixture and top it with grated cheese. Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 200°C. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.   Tips:   Add salt and pepper to taste. If you like it spicy, you can add a hot pepper to the ground meat mixture or cayenne pepper to taste. 60 minutes - 4 servings
