Yes!!! So many "advocates" don't talk about any of these other modalities - these are so so important for full body health and mental health. I have CRPS and couldn't manage without also utilizing all of these.

one of my pain therapist’s used the word providing comfort instead of pain management and it has changed my view on pain! I was always trying to get rid of my pain (which was never gonna happen)

I mean if they work for you great, nothing works for me - my aids are only so I have something to grab and keep me up 🤷♀️no shame in painkillers. I got a heated tens, even on max my pain wins 😭

I find temperature to be great for fast pain relief it works short therm for me but really allow me to stay places longer if in I’m pain

I am a fan of Tylenol, but pain relief meds only go so far! These are amazing tips 10/10 currently using my posture pillow and bio freeze as I saw this haha

I don't think I'm disabled or experience chronic pain, but my knees tend to hurt a lot, and I tend to get really off-balance after standing for a while (especially while working)
