Homemade Reese’s peanut butter cups 🤎🧡 Made with just 6 ingredients, these are a better-for-you alternative to the store-bought version which is packed with processed sugar and chemical additives. Reese’s was my favorite childhood candy. I ate them all the time. I even named my first horse Reese’s 😅 So I had to create my own version with better ingredients while keeping that same nostalgic flavor. Recipe ⬇️ (makes around 6-8 regular size PB cups) • 3/4 cup chocolate chips • 1 tbsp coconut oil • 1/2 cup unsalted fresh-ground peanut butter • 1/4 cup almond flour • 1/8 tsp sea salt • 1-1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup How to make: 1. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth 2. Line a muffin pan with baking cups 3. 1st layer: pour a layer of melted chocolate into each cup, reserving half of the chocolate for the last layer 4. Freeze for 5-10 mins or until set 5. Prepare the peanut butter filling by mixing the peanut butter, almond flour, sea salt, and maple syrup 6. If the mixture is too dry, add a small amount of water. If it’s not sweet enough, add more maple syrup 7. Roll the peanut butter mixture into balls then flatten into discs slightly smaller than the baking cups. 8. Remove the muffin pan from the freezer 9. 2nd layer: place a peanut butter disc into each cup 10. 3rd layer: pour the remaining melted chocolate over the top. 11. Freeze for 5-10 mins or until the chocolate is firm Enjoy! 🤎🥜🍫 #reeses #candy #healthier #viral
