@exploringholistically: How I relieve constipation without laxatives👇🏻 As someone that abused laxatives for 4.5 years, I want to share a few of my tips to help relieve constipation without using laxatives! These are just a few tips that help me, everyone’s body is different and will respond differently so just keep that in mind! 1. Hydrate!! Drinking enough water helps moves things along. I like to drink an electrolyte drink every morning at the gym because I like the taste and it helps me get more water in daily! 2. Smoothies! For whatever reason smoothies get my bowels moving! In mine I do a cup of greens, cups of fruit, cup of almond milk, tbsp honey, and 2 cups of water. Because I’m constipated I’ll probably make these 2x a day until things get moving along which should be today, if not tomorrow.
