Ok hear me out- the idea of cheese & chocolate aren’t that crazy……lots of people eat cheesecake (like me), including chocolate cheesecake and I’ve even had a SALTED caramel cheesecake. They have SO many cheesecake flavors. I know they’re made of lots of either ricotta or cream cheese (not Parmesan). But if you ate cheese on it’s own it’s usually referred to as a salty, rather than sweet. And then you have the flavor groups of cheesecakes that basically consist of just topping cheesecakes with a type of chocolate bar like smarties, mars, Oreo, snickers, turtles, skor etc. (so basically like the Dairy Queen blizzard menu) and lots of them have a nutty garnish too with like walnuts, pecans, maybe toasted candied pecans (YUM), peanuts. Anyway my point is if you haven’t tried cheesecake i 100% recommend. I also will 100% be trying this combo because why not maybe it’s actually really fing good and I’ve been missing out this whole time!
