@thesoberphysio: When you drink, does it feel like you are walking on pins and needles? It might be a condition called alcoholic neuropathy. That translates to alcohol causing nerve damage. The bottom of your feet have thousands of nerve endings and they are very sensitive to touch, to temperature, to poison, and to malnourishment. Overconsumption of alcohol will damage nerves and deprive them of key nutrients. When these nerves get damaged, your feet start feeling funny. Balance troubles, pin and needles. Loss of feeling. You see the problem. There might be a solution. Seek help to Stop drinking immediately. See a neurologist and tell them how much you drink. Be honest so you two can create a realistic plan. Healing happens. You can do it. Tag someone that needs to see this. … #s#sobrietya#addictiona#alcoholisms#sobert#trendingh#helpo#overdose#news#medical
About 4 days ago, i stopped a 7 day (more or less) 1.75 L x3 bottles back to back. Oh man, everytime i would lay down and close my eyes, within seconds: extreme stinging and jolting. It’s over now tho

Chris :
Been sober 3 years now. My feet suck. Constantly numb and stingy. Feels like my socks are bunched up under my toes 24/7.
