I tried doing this with my kitchen fluorescent. Replaced the fixture to LED instead. Much easier 😂

These line voltage LED tubes are unreliable and will fail, reduce output or color shift.

how did you unscrew the connector cap or cut through wire so easily without worrying of getting shocked? or it shouldnt shock anyway?

If you have to replace the ballast, this is the better option. It fits first a few extra dollars, but you'll save money going forward

A lot of people may not know that fluorescent bulbs have mercury, so the old bulbs should be handled as hazardous waste. County waste disposal usually has information.
