Every week you should wash your sheets when they are washing sprinkle bi carb on the mattress then vacuum it helps with dust mites

once a quarter, I pretreat with spray away glass and then steam clean with a drape steamer. is that a good idea or should I only use something like an upholstery steamer?

I have done this for years after I saw a Martha Stewart video saying ( basically) the same thing…although I don’t think Martha actually used the phrase “stinky odors” 😬

Not sometimes will the moisture get trapped, but rather always. The people who I've told about sweaty bed tell me They HAVE to make the bed right away. They've always done it. They were taught to. Ack
