I bought one from Amazon, but I have a problem. I know it doesn’t require preheating like a Dutch oven, but should I put it in a cold oven or a preheated one? And if it needs preheating, how long should I preheat it, at what temperature, and what is the expected baking time? you can also flip the lid over, put the loaf on the lid and bake for the last 15 min. I do it and my bottom never burns
