So what happens if you have a ledger but as a noob, you may have used your private keys / recovery phrase online. Or if you get hacked. Can you move your crypto and get a new key or recovery phrase.

unless the ledger is compromised from insider at ledger or intercepted in the mail and compromised. I know people that loaded ledger for a year and lost it all. someone got in somewhere.
