@foodwithbearhands: California Jalapeño Poppers 🤯 🌯 🍟 Recipe Below ⤵️⤵️⤵️ Carne Asada Marinade: 1 cup of Orange Juice 1/2 onion sliced 1 bunch cilantro chopped 1/3 cup Worcestershire 4 lime squeezed 2 garlic cloves minced 1 Tbsp chili powder 1 Tbsp cumin 1 Tbsp paprika 1 Tbsp dried oregano 1 Tbsp pepper 1 Tsp Salt Marinate Meat for a minimum of 6 hours, but overnight preferred! I used Skirt Steak, but I prefer Flank Steak! Using the Carne Asada left overs let’s make California Poppers! How has this not been done! 😮 California Poppers: Hallow out the Jalapeño Squeeze in Sour Cream Fresh Guacamole 🥑 Crunchy French Fry bites Left over Carne Asada Wrap with Bacon 🥓 Top with your favorite rub In the smoker at 375 for 45 minutes Then paint on @melindasfoods Hot Honey Back in the Smoker for 15 minutes When the bacon is cooked you’re done!
