The only thing that worked for my mom to get us kids not to drink underage was focusing on the calories.Didn't listen about dangers, toxicity, alcoholism etc. But gaining weight? Yeah we were scared.

People say that after puberty your metabolism slows and you gain weight easier, but I think this might have something to do with it; most people start drinking around that time when they’re teens… personally I drink a couple times a year and it’s easier for me to stay thin than my friends

there is actually debate if calories from alcohol can be absorbed and used by the human body. research have found not all people absorb calories from alcohol 🤣 I'm sober due to health reasons myself

Utah is also the #1 state for breast augmentations, Botox, filler etc, which I love that for them but they definitely have alternated their appearance, I’m sure ozempic is commonplace as well
