Check your b12 and iron. My hair loss was because of chronic anemia, now that I get infusions my hair is growing back. I don’t absorb iron so no amount of supplements would help.

Minoxidil was so irritating to my scalp. I microneedle occasionally and use hair serum. Biggest game changer tho was to stop chemically coloring my hair. Healthier and growing faster than it has in years!

you actually don't want minoxidil going into your bloodstream because of the side effects. always microneedle on the off-day (and max once a week)
