That is a well written email in my opinion. A email sent at 6am does not need to be read or responded to until work hours. Unless she’s demanding they do otherwise I don’t see an issue.

I often send emails out of normal hours, but I fully know and except responses hours later are normal. She probably wakes up early and does her emails at the start of the day. That’s very normal.

i’m confused as to how people think emails work? she could email you at 5AM but by no means does that entail that you have to respond by 5AM? you respond when you wake up and check your mail????
