I just got mine in the mail today after waiting a couple of weeks for it! I was so excited until I was so disappointed. The lip balm was pretty empty and it had a lot of air in it. Did this happen to anybody else?

I got the vanilla bundle, I absolutely love the quality and how it feels on the skin however it doesn’t smell like vanilla to me at all 😢😢 smells kinda like play dough

Hey Anna i just got my raspberry lip balm, i opened it yesterday and I only have one complaint about it, the tube is only around half filled and it’s hard to get some out due to the amount of air. 🤍
