Because of us are late diagnosed adhd and it’s a sensory seeking thing, the feeling of turning the water up slowly after we get used to the previous temperature. It’s so nice.

usually i just turn the heat up once in a while when ive gotten used to the current heat, knob usually ends up super far down and my skin is red and steaming :) its lovely
