The amount people spend and justify bc YOLO is insane to me I just wouldn’t be able to enjoy it. I’ve seen people choosing Yukon payments over saving for their kids futures it’s insane

Don’t underestimate a budget. In my 20s, I didn’t see the benefits of saving &budgeting little by little. I hit my 30s and my networth, savings/investments exploded. Trust the process even if slow

It's a balance. I started saving aggressively in my 20s, and now I'm seeing I prioritized it so much that I missed out on some things I probably will never get to. Your health is not a guarantee.

I've seen too many boomers be put out on their butts bc their retirement wasn't enough... I'll work til I drop just like them but at least I won't be wasting my young years hating life... it'll be the same boat either way. only difference would be happy memories verse memories of regret...
