RECIPE (makes 6 servings) Wet: 2 ripe bananas, mashed 1 egg (substitute another 1/4 cup pumpkin puree if vegan) 1/4 pumpkin puree 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 2 tsp vanilla extract Dry: 2 cups gluten-free oats 1/3 cup plant-based protein powder - I love @Sprout Living Epic Protein (promo code: rachylivesgf20) 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1/3 cup dairy-free chocolate chips Pepitas to top 1.
