more protec for GOOD tenants. More housing stock from landlords who quit. I believe LL should be able to remove bad tenants who don't pay, or who damage the home, but otherwise I can't see the issue

Am glad ! Iam sick of complaining to my lettings agent and nothing changes. I’ve spent thousands on a garden reno and internal fixtures never missed a payment ans get treated like it’s a doss house

I do think tenants should feel secure. but I think they should have made a new section that is fair for all. I rent and we rent out my partners flat. so on both ends.

not every landlord is an ‘investor’ in the way you’re talking about are they like there are pension pot buyers, for sure nowadays there’s less of them, but they do exist
