my issue isn't just drinking the water, it's the executive disfunction to refill. hydrospark has 32oz ones that lights up & notifies when you need to drink. 18oz is too small.

Okay. But it needs to RING every 45 mins. An alarm, that’s only turns off when I actually drink.. even better if I have to drink a set amount to turn it off. Otherwise I dismiss the alarm & forget 😂
