@emilyscooking_: NANDOS CHICKEN BAKE 🐔🌶️ If you're a nandos fan and enjoy a good chicken bake from greggs then this one's for you! It's so delicious and moreish, the flavours of the herbs, spices and cream work so well together 🤤 Ingredients 2 sheets of puff pastry, makes 8 600g of chicken breast cut into small chunks White onion, half chopped Vegetable oil 300ml double cream, more if you want it extra creamy 50g of grated parmesan 25g lemon and herb nandos peri peri rub 1tsp lemon and herb nandos flavour shaker seasoning Plenty of nandos sauce - I normally use medium and lemon and herb when I'm making it for the boys. 1tsp each of paprika, cumin, garlic powder or fresh chopped garlic and oregano Salt and black coarse pepper, to taste 1 beaten egg Method • Season the chicken with all the dry spices and 6tbp of your chosen nandos sauce. • Heat a large pan with some vegetable oil and fry onions for a few minutes on a medium/high heat. Add the chicken after and mix regularly. • Once the chicken has browned add the double cream, parmesan and a generous amount of nandos sauce. Taste as you go along and add more if you want. • Cook until the double cream has reduced by half and thickened, turn off heat and leave to cool. • Divide each puff pastry sheet into 4. Place some of the mixture on one side, fold over and use a fork to seal the sides. Score with a knife and brush on some egg wash all over and underneath. Follow the reel for guidance. • Place in the oven and cook at 190°C for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
