Cancer can cause low ferritin & I wish more docs looked at it for a potential marker for more than anemia. Also caffeine commonly causes iron binding issues. So if ppl consume lots of caffeine A lot

H pylori sucks up ferritin. I have been struggling trying to eradicate it with multiple rounds antibiotics that the G.I. doctor prescribed for 2 years now. This makes me feel worse. I feel poisoned.

Ferritin 30, TBIC 400, transferrin 304, iron 80, donated blood 2yrs ago and never got it back up. Hashimotos for 2yrs now. Was at 63 ferritin 2yrs ago I’m exhausted
