I used that one everyday on my coffee for months. It makes me go regularly, no b.s. Then I paid around $30.00 for another bag of it. It promptly arrive but it had a hole in the bottom. They said throw it away and asked if i wanted a refund that woukd arrive in 30 days or they said I could leave it in my account. I opted for the later. when I decided to try it again, I tried to access my account to pay for it, but there was no refund there.

it depends on who's they is and if they got a good digestive system it can take a couple of days to notice the difference. I have known some people said maybe a day or two to see results especially brain fog
