Mince & onion gravy with mash is the perfect cosy dish and it’s even easier now as it’s made in the slow cooker! Yummy, easy and perfect 😍 also, isn’t everything better with mash potato?! Only 408 calories per serving!💫 Ingredients: serves 3 250g 5% lean beef steak mince 3 carrots, peeled and chopped 1 onion, diced 1 Tsp of dried thyme & garlic granules @Schwartz 450ml gravy (on the thicker side) 650g Maris piper potato’s 30g light butter 100ml semi skimmed milk Pepper to taste Method: Add the mince, carrot, onion, seasonings & gravy to your slow cooker and combine, pop on the lid and cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low. About 20 minutes before it’s finished cooking, peel and chop the potatoes and add them to a pot of boiling water and boil until soft. Mash the potatoes with the butter, milk and pepper and then serve. I also served mine with Tenderstem broccoli! And that’s it!
