I hated how I felt when I first started progesterone. Something told me to give it some time and now I feel so good. Better sleep, more regular stomach, calmer. Took 8 weeks along with E patch 😊

I’m exhausted. Been in it for a month now. Insomnia at first and complete and total exhaustion. Sleeping better now but still exhausted. Hoping with more time that will change. No energy at al!!!!!
