i cried when I saw my son all dressed in his first day of kindergarten outfit with the backpack and a huge smile... I bawled. it's ok to get emotional when milestones like this happen. but happy tears

Same, mom to four, my littlest started kindergarten this year. Not sure how to feel, proud, a little excited for this next chapter and incredibly sad and lonely❤️miss them so much it’s tough 💙

I did this too. Having the house to myself for a few hours a day is nice, but I spent the first week wondering why no one wanted a snack.
