I have pots so I have to drink electrolytes daily. id recommend trying Redmond's ReLyte. it's FAR cheaper per serving when buying their tubs, and taste better!

YESS I tried the Gatorlyte and has the same electrolytes in it. it's so good if you want to add electrolytes... orange flavor is amazing not salty at all

I completely agree! It’s been a journey ESPECIALLY with the trial & error part because they make it seem like just a shot and you’re on your merry way…nope!

I can’t stand the super sweet/salty ones, but I just mix it in a mason jar and put 1/2 in my first cup and 1/2 in my second cup. It works perfectly that way & forces me to make a second cup of water!

@Sierra Robichaud do you still use the LMNT electrolytes?! I’ve heard so many mixed reviews!😅 I use the body armor flash IV once in a while but feel like I don’t lose weight when I drink it. Ugh .😑
