@juliadaey: These healthy bean crackers are soo good!! If you’re looking for a healthy snack rich in fiber and protein, these crackers are for you! Ingredients: 1 can (240g) white beans 3 tbsps (30g) ground flax seeds 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 tbsps water 1 tbsp (10g) olive oil seasoning of choice Preheat oven to 350°F/ 175°C. Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Roll out the dough onto baking sheet. Slice into squares and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let them cool and enjoy them with your favorite dip. I like to combine them with my high protein ranch dip or some guacamole. Enjoy!
