Disc is currently “overstable” you need the shape of the disc to have more of a domed shape rather than board flat. More dome shape equals less pulling to the left

Stability and the profile of the disc. If you look into distance/fairway drivers side profiles you will see the rim extends probably double what you did in this print. Extremely interesting project!

throw it with a forehand and it won't hook left anymore. you can also counter the hook some with your grip and form but the shape is a big factor

Put the disc upside down over a pot, and pour some hot water into the disc and let is sit till it cools, should give you a little dome, and take the stability down a hair, following in case you try

Don‘t listen to the other comments. You just need to throw it flat enough. You thrwo it angled to the left = it goes left. You throw angled to the right = it goes right
