Period! ⚖️ For example 100 lbs / 45.4kg will always be the same scale weight regardless of what the weight is made up by. The sheer volume of the item can however differ a lot. 💪🏼I bet you often have heard the saying “muscle weigh more than fat” whilst this is an incorrect way of describing what’s really going on, what I think these people intend to say is: “Muscle mass is living tissue that takes up less volume/space on your body than fat, which makes you look tighter.” Muscle mass will weigh just the same as the fat mass but the physique will look completely different. The more resistance training you perform while eating a nutritious and well balanced meal plan and focus on proper recovery you will gain more muscle while most likely losing body fat. 💡When this happens you might not always lose body weight on the scale even though you see physical change occur. ❤️🩹 So this is my reminder to you to stop worrying too much about the scale weight and start focus on exercising, eating true to your health and enjoying the body you were given. #Fitness #fatloss #tips #onlinecoach #FitTok #passion #health #muscles #fitnessjourney #weightloss
