Those who are critical are not informed of what sleep training actually is. They have it completely twisted with the Cry It Out method, which is sooooo different (and sleep consultants are against it)

I don't like sleep Training but I would never shame someone for doing so everyone parents differently unless the child is physically harmed then it's not someone's place to say anything

Sleep training is the best thing I did when my then 8 month old would only sleep on me but sleep by himself at night, so it only took a week of going in every 2-5 minutes for an hour each time but by then end of that week he could put himself to sleep in his cot. I feel like everyone that doesn’t agree with it thinks it’s to make them sleep through the night but it isn’t Your doing amazing and don’t listen to them ❤️here if you need to talk

I’ve sleep trained, co slept, been to sleep school, contact napped etc etc.. nothing works, babies don’t sleep, mums obsess over it ~ god speed 🤪😅

do what's best for you xo my youngest didn't sleep through until 12 months we did everything even had iron tested sleep liquids magnesium etc.
