![Вечер с малышком 🏙️ На самом деле вечера у нас до сих пор не стабильные, зачастую вечером у нас только одно занятие - кричать Режим только устанавливается, раньше гуляли около 19:00 вечера, потому что на улице ужасная жара Сейчас стараемся потихоньку выходить в районе 17:00 часов, и так малышу комфортнее Один раз попробовали - истерики не было тьфу тьфу Кстати плохо спит не только ребенок, но и я, стараюсь почаще отдыхать, когда есть возможность. А еще для успокоения и лучшего сна взяла витаминки себе, у меня вот такой магний [арт вб 251367214] Гуляем обычно по часу, но мне кажется этого мало.
