@mmsym1: It's okay to feel hurt sometimes. Pain is necessary so that you'll learn something from it. It's okay to feel not okay. You don't have to pretend that you're happy even if you're not. It's okay to be true to yourself, to be sad and to feel like your heart is tearing apart. Your feelings are valid. Your feelings are important. Know that whatever you feel right now, you have to face it and accept it. It's okay to feel like giving up sometimes. It's normal. I know sometimes you're so tired of this life and you just want to give up. I want you to know that it's okay to feel that way but never let your pain dictate you. Never listen to the monsters in your head that's telling you to give up. Give yourself a chance to live a peaceful life. Give yourself everything that you deserve. Whatever you feel right now, know that you are worthy. And despite of all the pain and the sadness that's in your chest right now, I want you to know that everything will be alright someday.
