peace comes from both. most relationships doesn't work out because it is always expected that wife is the peace of the house, that is not what Islam teaches. A husband/wife makes him/her feel emotionally mentally feeling safe and he/she will bring the peace in family. it goes both ways... it's not only expecting one side to work harder only. and the children will see the goodness of the parents and they will follow and that's how peace comes. never work when only expected but not reciprocate
