Juicy beef brisket has got to be the most iconic bbq meat of them all and rightfully so. I could probably slap some cuts on toast and top it with some Mac and cheese right now haha. Recipe Season brisket get it on the smoker at 225F till you reach an internal of 165F spritz with apple juice every hour Next once temp reached wrap the brisket in paper or foil and get back on smoker till and internal of 190F now lower the temp to 205 to 215F till an internal of 205F is reach. Finally remove from smoke and place in your oven wrapped still till and internal of 150F is reached Now your ready to slice and enjoy The whole process takes about a day #brisket #bbq #sandwich #bbqlovers #foodporn
