Ok. 3 hours of REM sleep is not necessarily a positive. It really depends on your TST. If it’s below 7 hours, and you’re getting 3 hours of REM that’s something to investigate further. You also need to account for your N3 sleep. Are you waking a lot, and that is why you are getting so much REM? The goal here should be balance between REM and N3.

I thought i would freak out too. You won't because you can actually get air through it. I just use kt tape. (Cut in smaller pieces)
