It’s probably because the whole piping system has to be replaced through the whole school and faculty is afraid that they will be caught for cutting corners. But maybe not. 🤷🏽

it's likely a shut off valve was recently exercised. It should clear back up in a minute. if it was dirty all the time every fixture would soon plug up✌️
