@uncle.rommy: Don’t blindly follow “science” Like anything it’s a perspective to open up your mind to different ideas But those ideas have to work within your system The details of your current life circumstances stack up a bit different from the next person It’s not a one size fits all rule And it depends on what you want I’m sure if I went pure hypertrophy training..I would gain a bit more muscle But to me being a few percent points bigger for a lack of ability to move my body however I please is not worth it Point is…use science as an assist..don’t make it your life
