that means the forward glue seam failed catastrophically, all at once since the inner lip is sheared off 100%. your theory could be on to something..

You’re a gem for correcting yourself. Not a lot of people do that. Thanks for the update.

Why is no one mentioning the fact they claimed they pulled debris out and it wasnt a little bit of debris they got either?
Like, they already had "recovered" chunks of it how can they find it now? 🤔

PS :
I don’t think they fell forward into the dome. See the newest animation released from the hearings yesterday 👌

What IF we’re wrong about it being so quick they didn’t feel anything…what if they actually felt EVERY. SINGLE. THING 😳

It being pushed into the back is definitely a sign that an error happened at the front. If the entire Hull crumpled then it would be separated from both caps

so if they are finding pieces on the ocean floor, what did they bring out of the water(recover) last year?

this makes more sense. I know it's weird, and I don't need to see photos because it would feel disrespectful, but I'd like to know what sort of human remains were recovered ...

Was it just the rear cone and front dome recovered? did they take the main structure too or leave it on the ocean floor?

Nah I am fairly sure that glue/overlapping ring joint failed. I don’t think that it fell vertically. I think that was an initial thought, with how it was situated on the floor of the ocean.

Where did someone say it went into a vertical dive? Just curious as this is the first I am hearing of it. Interesting theory

said they dropped weights, in the past weights had issues detaching which is alarming. that being said, it could have been going up and still imploded due to pressure.

At that depth, I doubt that the people hitting the front would have had much of a difference. The force of the pressure from the water would have been pushing too hard against the hull.

well it's not surprising that it broke due to the pressure the CEO kept the sub outside in the heat rain snow causing the exterior more susceptible to breaking cause of the pressure he even fired a
