@fabulouspharmacist: There’s definitely a bit of a dose going around at the minute 🤒! It often starts with an itchy, scratchy sore throat 😣. I LOVE the Difflam spray 💨. It works so well to numb the throat and has a little anti-inflammatory property too. Just spray it, and it can really help 🎯. If it’s progressed to a head cold 🤧, I’d suggest something with an antihistamine and decongestant. Actifed is a great two-in-one, but you could also use a separate antihistamine 🟢 and decongestant 🔵 if you want. For pain relief, you can take ibuprofen 🩹 as an anti-inflammatory and paracetamol for additional relief 💊. If I had a really bad dose, I’d be using all of these: 💨 Difflam Spray 💊 Actifed 🩹 Ibuprofen 💊 Paracetamol Just make sure to follow the instructions on the pack 📦 or ask your pharmacist or healthcare assistant 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️.
